WorkPace for Organisations

WorkPace for organizations provide all the benefits of WorkPace, plus some important features for the health and safety manager or administrator.

Centralized control of all WorkPace settings

All the settings within WorkPace can now be controlled centrally and remotely. This means global settings can be chosen for WorkPace across your organization, and safe limits set according to company policies. At any time you can make changes, and then have these changes automatically applied to all WorkPace users.
Pick and choose those settings that can be changed by users, and those which are locked in place. For example, prevent users from disabling breaks, and set break intervals to standard levels.
Health and safety managers now have the tools to set and maintain a successful health and safety policy for computer users across the organization.

Remote monitoring

Monitor computer users, and ensure their health and safety while they are on the road or working at home. WorkPace Professional continues monitoring even while users are not connected to the network. When a reconnection is made user information and statistics are automatically resynchronized with the network. This means managers always have the latest information on remote workers.

Laptop Support

Using a laptop without an external mouse and keyboard represents an increased ergonomic risk compared to using a correctly set up desktop computer. For this reason, WorkPace now monitors laptop use separately, and will provide special warnings and limits appropriate to laptop users. Separate statistics on laptop and desktop usage are also recorded.

Application Usage Statistics

The range of statistics recorded by WorkPace has been further expanded with information on application use. See which applications are used the most, and base risk analysis on the type of work each user does.

Extra data security and password protection

Security and privacy of data has been enhanced with WorkPace Professional's multi-level password protection. Companies can now choose the level of privacy and data access they wish to use, with restrictions on data access and logging which can be applied at both the user and administrator levels. Potential 'Big Brother' issues can be resolved by allowing for end user password protection of their own data.
